Subject: Official Complaint – Halt of Activity and Spending due to LATAM Server Abandonment
To the Sausage Man Development Team / XD Entertainment:
I am writing this to formally announce my decision to indefinitely suspend all activity and spending on my account. This is a direct consequence of the blatant neglect and discriminatory treatment the Latin American (LATAM) community has received compared to the Asian servers.
It is deeply frustrating to see Sausage Man thriving as a top-tier game in Asia—with polished updates, seamless events, and active support—while in our region, the game feels like a hollow, abandoned shell. As a player, I am no longer willing to tolerate:
• Deplorable Server Performance: Extreme high ping and lag that make competitive play impossible and frustrating.
• Total Lack of Regional Support: While other regions enjoy active engagement and collaborations, LATAM feels like a "second-class" priority with zero localized attention.
• Systemic Neglect: Bug reports and community feedback from our region are consistently ignored, leaving the game in a state of decay.
I am not requesting to close my account because I value the progress I have made. However, I will not return to the game or spend another cent until there is a tangible, real commitment to fixing the LATAM experience. You have a masterpiece of a game, but you are killing it through regional indifference.
I hope this message reaches someone who actually cares about the global player base and not just a single market.
Sincerely
I can understand how you feel. I'm from China, and I'm a Chinese player. So when we play foreign games, we also use accelerators. You need to find a network server that suits you.

I'm a Chinese player. Can we be friends? Let's play together! I can help you improve your rank. I'm currently around 400th in the rankings.

I can understand how you feel, but it’s really impressive that you’ve reached such a level. I’m from China, and we also need to use accelerators to play smoothly. I guess your foreign servers also require special settings to function properly, right?
