I don't know what exactly happened but my taptap account got logged out and the account I usually use and remember being used says that my account is linked to taptap mainland china whenever getting the verification code.
I want to confirm if that really is the account I used, I do have proof of billing and account id in game if ever needed.
Hopefully someone can help from your team, as per dashh ph/dashcakes #1459 in discord.
by the way, I also sent emails and messages to sausage man fb account, instagram account, same with taptap fb account, emails like feedback and [email protected] and [email protected]. Also this account I'm using right now is a newly created one.

Make sure your e-mail or phone number for your previously Taptap.io account is not been used to make another account on taptap.com since that could be the cause. but for now, if the issue stll not yet resolved, report this issue to [email protected] by using e-mail then please be patient for reply from our side.
