Temporary Upgrade - for example, you are farming Artifacts for your DPS such Keqing and you are getting unlucky with the right artifact piece and artifact stats. The temporary solution for this scenario is to equip artifact pieces for your DPS. Meaning, equipping ATK%, Electro DMG Bonus and, Crit Rate% to Keqing even if you don't have the artifact set yet.
Here's an example: My Keqing here has 2,446 ATK with 42.7% Crit Rate and, 171.4% Crit DMG. Even if I don't have the Artifact Set effect.
