There are certain characters in Genshin Impact that we only use for their Elemental Burst. What could be the best artifacts for these characters? I have two Artifact sets in mind. Let's elaborate on them.
1) Nobless Obliged - The 2PC Effect of this artifact set is really useful especially for the characters that use their elemental burst often. The 20% Elemental Burst DMG will empower any Elemental Burst significantly and the 4PC Set effect will increase the party's ATK by 20%. Usually used by Xingqiu, Bennett, Diona, Lisa and, Traveller (GEO).
This artifact set is also useful for most of the supports. Its 2PC Effect; Energy Recharge by 20% is really useful. Especially for characters with high energy costs. The 4PC Effect will increase the Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. This is really useful for characters with high burst DMG such as Raiden Shogun, Kujo Sara, Mona, Lisa, Ganyu, and characters that you can put in the burst DPS role.What are your thoughts about these artifact sets?

Well I think an artifact with damage boost would be good, Crit damage and Crit Rate, I'm not so sure but there best in slots artifact Are there best artifacts sets. You should check out a video :)
