I have been playing Rocket League on PC for nearly half a decade now. And when I saw Sideswipe, I immediately tried it out.
It's basically Rocket League, but with two players. However, unlike the normal Rocket League, players can also go against AI bots. In other words, it's really just soccer/football but with cars.
Much like the original, this one is highly competitive on multiplayer. Players control a car, and try to get an unusually large ball into the goal. The duo with the most goal wins.
It's still new so customization options are a bit limited for now. Overall, it's a fun and competitive sports game with a ton of quirks. Controls are a bit janky to be honest, and a bit difficult, but overall, it's a fun game for competitive players.
