Games worth discovering

This game looks and feels lackluster, even among other hypercasual games. The art style synonymous with The Battle Cats has been swapped out for generic and cel-shaded models that aren't appealing. Gameplay is an incredibly simple loop of swipe the screen, knock enemies off, buy the occasional upgrade, and repeat, which leads to a boss that's more tedious than challenging to fight against. On top of the lack of creativity, the game has almost nothing in common with the Battle Cats franchise: Most of the enemies are generic creations with no personality, and the only other connections are some skins and transferrable items. This title barely feels like a game, let alone a Battle Cats one.
