I think 4 stars is fair.
First, whether you like it or hate it, it is a very unique and decent game, it’s a simulator of playing a computer repairmen. You may think it’s a casual or idle game by watching the screenshots, but It actually takes some effect to learn how to play, because they put some realistic elements into the game. For example, you need to spread the glue on the back of the CPU for installing it.
You’ll receive some commissions from your clients. Some of them want to update their computers and others just want you to create a quantum PC. (yeah, a mission from ELON MUSK, you think I can make a quantum computer in this garage?) Okay, I like this Easter egg. If you have never built your computer before, then don’t miss the chance to do so.
Downsides, it is not the thing that most people would like. As the Farming Simulator, although more and more users begin to try out these days, this experience is still unacceptable for most gamers. If you’re not that type of gamer, the game is easy to make you bored. It’s fine to me. Football manager and Crusader King are my types. I am very patient to experience the life of a computer repairman. Intruding Ads is annoying and it costs $4 to get rid of them. I suggest you buy the PC version if you want to move the AD. The price is almost the same. They seem to have more game content.
To tell the truth, it's a really good experience to be able to build a computer for me, because everyone is doing bitcoin mining with graphics cards. so the price of graphics cards is too expensive for me TO UPDATE MY COMPUTER. At least I can still play this game, right?
A unique and decent game. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that the playability needs to be improved. If I can take down the good chip of my user and replace it with a bad one, the game would more fun. 😂 I'm really a bad guy.

Pretty good simulator game. Around 80 types of buildings, technological tree, waste of resources.
Yet there are some problems. Help tab in game is completely useless. Everything is needed to be evaluated in practice, for ex. different types of animals give different amount of resourses. Predictable, but no clear values anywhere.
Citizens can't be appointed to the closest building automatically and often go through all city for their work.
