storm is way too op the fact that he can deploy skill across the map and the skill that can block vision for longer time i think you need to adjust the skill balance,unless the dev balance the game and matchmaking then 1 star is my rating
and also i see some people playing using emulator wich gives them advantage in movement wise so fix this
