IzanagiGames Announces Business Partnership with Bilibili and Issues New Shares to It through Third-

According to an announcement released by IzanagiGames, the Tokyo-based console game producer and publisher has formed a business partnership with Bilibili. It also raised 429.8 million yen in funds via third-party allotment involving Bilibili’s subsidiary Hode HK, COLOPL NEXT No.4 Fund Investment Partnership, and Akatsuki Inc.The total amount of funding to date after this round of financing reaches 798.6 million yen.By the business partnership with BiliBili, IzanagiGames intends to further bolster their worldwide publishing efforts, with a focus on China and Asia. At the same time, it aims to expand development of existing and original IPs.
In 2020, IzanagiGames released its interactive movie game Death Come True on Steam and last year it launched new-wave action adventure game World’s End Club on Nintendo Switch.The major shareholders of the company after this third-party allotment are CEO and Producer Shinsuke Umeda, COLOPL NEXT No.4 Fund Investment Partnership, Makers Fund, NetEase, BiliBili Group, and Akatsuki Inc.

bilibili Is Working on a New Game Called E.T.E Chronicle
bilibili announced that it is developing a mobile RPG called E.T.E Chronicle, which is scheduled to release within 2022 in Japan.
E.T.E Chronicle is set in the near future, a world where various powers compete with each other over resources. As the "executive officer", you will lead mecha girls, who operate large weapons called "E.T.E" and fight in the war.
