The new Enkanomiya event is already up and it's like revisiting and exploring Enkanomiya all over again with more challenges and puzzles.
One of the rewards that you can get during the event is the new weapon called the Oathsworn Eye. This weapon is a 4-star catalyst with ATK% Sub Stat with the passive ability to increase the Energy Recharge by 48% (in Refine 5) for 10 seconds after using an elemental skill.
The question is, who are the characters that will best benefit the effect?
1) Yae Miko - due to Yae's 90 Energy cost, this weapon will definitely help her gain energy faster.
2) Mona - since Mona's burst damage is based on her energy recharge, this new weapon will definitely increase her damage output.
3) Lisa - her elemental burst has 80 energy and it's quite hard to fill it up fast. This weapon will help Lisa to replenish energy faster while she continuously cast her elemental skills.
