I have never made a post ever on this app, but this has to be said. There is a bug where when I try to install a game after downloading it I'm stuck on the "preparing installation" screen and it will keep loading forever which causes my phone to freeze, become glitchy/buggy then it turns off(mostly) or restarts. Just today I finally found out that I had to switch from tap tap installation to system installation and I was able to install a game with no problems. I have missed out on 2 games early access (which is now gone) because of this bug. Please fix this.
