Games worth discovering

So I've been playing for a day and I must say it's a pretty great game. I wasn't too enamored by the graphics since I'm more used to games like apex legends and graphic styles like overwatch, but I like it.
The graphics are friendly yet cool, so I'd say that it's a safe game for all ages. I love the character designs and character types. Defenders, attackers, bombers, healers, they have it all.
The music is pretty great, I'd say the maps are a bit small but it's satisfactory for now. I was kinda expecting a battle royale map from this game tbh but the maps now are entertaining enough.
Speaking of maps, the designs are simple yet nice. The colours mostly consist of white, maybe the game wanted a modern/futuristic touch so that's cool. There are a variety of maps with resets happening every few hours so that's cool too.
The characters are great, most of them use guns or projectile throwing weapons. I just didn't expect it to be fully auto shooting game tho, took a while to get used to (just came back from looking at the settings, you can adjust it for a normal shooting experience).
Anyways, if there will be lore for the characters that would be great. Or maybe just a few snippets of what the game lore is about like how a few games did it at the start such as apex legends and fortnite.
I have a few suggestions on how to improve the game:
Add a profile feature (so we can change our name, add a description, feature our favourite characters and our achievements)
Maybe a weapon upgrade feature? (The upgrade system is fine now, this is just a suggestion)
New maps for the future (the maps now are great, but games get boring over time if we keep repeating them)
Complaints :
I'm not sure if it's the game or my phone but I've been lagged out a couple of times and it affected my game performance. My other apps aren't laggy so if it's from the game itself is hope the devs can fix it.
Anyways that's all, this game by far is interesting so I'll continue to play it.

great game and fun I like how the game got a tactical feeling while playing just needs more detailed new & bigger spaced maps I feel like the maps are half way put together if they really took the time to update and fix certain stuff it would be a great game also add gun skins and get rid of the rocket launcher too it's too OP and it's annoying and try not to make tall buildings to high cause people just camp and you can't see the roof top unless you far back or they peek but other then that the game fun just need some fixes

Lovely and cool characters but the overall needs a little improvement.
The story played at the beginning of this game makes it interesting and the graphics are so nice and well-detailed. It has many heroes that are fun to collect. There are also quests that you will need to complete.
I just find it a little boring because the quests are repetitive and the fight that my troops and enemies make is so unbelievable. You can't even see them hitting each other but their lives are decreasing *sigh*. I hope that they will make some improvements.

So far so good, but...
Great game! Amazing combat mechanics and is rather easy to understand once gotten the hang of it. Story by far is a bit lacking with characters that aren't much interesting, but I guess that can be improved further on. Some character animations are a bit exaggerated which looks ridiculous, so I suggest you to tone down the the actions they do.
A MUST be fixed problems I've encountered are:
1) Game overheats easily which results to frame drops and lag.
