Read the above comment I already wrote. It's on a closed beta still. Only those lucky enough to be selected can play it right now. After the closed beta is done, it'll be released, but that'll take a few weeks most likely.

Well, when is it coming out?

The closed beta has been out for a week or 2 already for those lucky enough to be selected. Since they released it for KR, JP, and and the US on closed beta, they should all be released at the same time and that's not exactly known. My guess would be anywhere from 2-6 more weeks until we can play it on TapTap or the Google playstore after they work out any bugs, etc for a global launch.
