You probably should have used some of that funding to hire an actual customer service rep. You went overboard on the art, even going as far as stealing assets from other games, but you can't offer support when players come to you with account issues. You ignore your players as if they're a problem that will go away with time. I'm STILL waiting for my account to be unblocked, an account that was wrongly accused of cheating less than 24 hours after your game released. All you do is accuse someone of cheating and then ignore the replies when they want to resolve the issue. You say you want to give players the best experience, yet your actions don't reflect that.
