People May Have Genshin Characters as GPS Voice Navigators in China

Mar 28th, Genshin Impact, and Amap, the biggest map app in China had a collaboration where Jean, the character from Genshin Impact, joined AutoNavi as a voice navigator.

Amap, also known as Gaode(高德), is the top GPS navigation app in China. AutoNavi, the developer of Amap, is also a data provider for the Apple Map in China.

Just two months ago, on Jan 18th, 2022, Amap and Genshin had their first collaboration, which featured Klee (voice actor: Hualing) as a voice navigator.

Genshin players will get a gift code to claim Fish-Flavored Toast and Invigorating Pizza, the special dishes of Klee and Jean, along with Experience and Mora from the collaboration.

In Amap, Klee’s voice pack has a line that says “Let's get outta here before Jean finds out.” before starting navigation. While in Jean’s voice pack, we will also hear Klee, and this time is “Let’s go adventure with Jean!” People are guessing if there will be a third collaboration and who will be the next one.
