I cannot recall my character from facebook account. I cannot use google play id because of huawei. Do you have any way to recover my character using facebook account?

Install Facebook app, sign in the account you bind to your ROM account. Then enter game try signing in Facebook, and hopefully you'll be able to enter the game. Hope that helps

Thank you for your reply. I already tried it, but didnt work. I have to use the google id from my other phone to get my characters back using that other phone. Meanwhile using facebook id, my characters are all gone in my huawei phone. Using the actual facebook apps too, to log my RO id, but umm, empty characters in my eternal love server. I used to play it pretty intense from the start until about a year back then. Hmm what a bad luck.
