A Genshin Impact Player Mistakenly Converted the Primos and miHoYo Allows Their Return

On April 1st, a Reddit user named "Junichi-” posted a letter where he claimed after being tired after a workday, the player by mistake converted 20,000 Primogems because of the shop reset, and was hopelessly looking for the Primos’ return.

The amount of 20,000 Primos is indeed costly. There are two kinds of currencies in Genshin Impact to obtain wishes, Intertwined and Acquaint Fates. The player can use Acquaint Fate to make standard wishes, while Intertwined Fate is used to make Limited-Time Event wishes. Each fate cots 160 Primos.

The player Junichi- soon caused an online discussion. Many fans said they heard that this only happened in the starting months of the game, and it was almost unlikely to get the Primos back because it was a user mistake.

But Junichi- decided to contact the Customer Service team of Genshin Impact. To the player’s surprise, three days later, Junichi- got an automated response and an actual member of the CS staff speaking to the player. The player successfully got the Primos back.

Four tips were provided by the player. They include sending the ticket as fast as you can, being detailed with the circumstance of your mistake, taking screenshots, and don’t spend your wrongly converted currency.
