Flash Party is scheduled to be under maintenance from April 23 08:00-11:00 AM (UTC+8) and be upgraded to version 0.9.6.
Here are the details:
[New Content]
>> [New Season] Reborn
The time to break out from the cocoon and be reborn is now. Look! A concert titled "Reborn" is currently being held at the Metropolis stage, starring the popular idol trainee, Seaya! Are you ready to move to her voice?
>> New Party Pass
The new season's Party Pass includes the new hero Mermaid Singer - Seaya, the Mermaid Singer's new skin Idol Trainee, the Respawner Spotlight Stage, and the KO effect Deep Sea Lullaby. It's time to move to the rhythm of idols!

The Metropolis welcomes a shining new star: Seaya! Rumors say that this beautiful singer was once the princess of Atlantis, the deep-sea city. After working hard for countless days, Seaya has finally made her debut with her new solo. This idol trainee will work hard to capture the hearts of this city with her smile and voice. Of course, that includes her opponents in the ring.
Character unlocks at level 30 after purchasing the new season's Star Card.

All New Multiplayer Mode: Call your friends to join in the Tag Team Match and fight 3 vs 3 matches. Each player takes turns fighting, and whoever takes out the other team first wins.
Take note that these are not just simple 1 vs 1 matches! Reserve players can also select buffs or assist their teammates.
This mode is open every weekend of the season, from Saturday 3:00 AM - Monday 3:00 AM (UTC+8).
Unlock this mode at 500 Stars. Friendly Battles do not have time or Star limits.

Screen-shotting your new hero skin is not cool enough? We have now added a Share function that can create personalized images to show off to your friends! Not only that, you can also share your Grade, Star Rank, hero information, and post-battle information.

People have asked what to do when they run out of free Rename Cards. With this update, we are now selling Rename Cards! You can change your name after tapping the avatar in the top-left corner. After the free ones have been used, you can purchase more Rename Card for 100 Lucky Coins each.

You can now block up to 3 players from matchmaking together again at the post-battle screen. Players added to this list will not be matchmade with you in any mode. Friendly Battles and invites will not be affected. Players will be removed automatically from the list after 24 hours. For now, players cannot be directly removed yet.

Tap and hold down on a public chat message to have the option to report the player. We will mute or even block players that go against the rules depending on the severity. We hope that this will contribute to a healthier game environment.

Pay attention to both official and unofficial events in the community! You may gain exchange codes that can be used in the game settings to redeem in-game items.

You can now see more information during battle, and various moves such as Shield Breaks, Counters, and Jump Breaks are now recorded.
You can turn off the display in Settings - Other Settings. To learn more, tap the "i" in the Settings and consult the thread.
[Adjustments]
>> System Adjustment
• Improved the overall tutorial experience;
a.  Tutorials are now more detailed and cover more specials;
b. The process is smoother and not rushed nor too slow;
c.  Most importantly, completing them will obtain chests, coins, and energy!
• Improved waiting screens for Friendly Battles and others;
• Added option to select server regions in Friendly Battles;
• Improved the camera perspective in Party Record - Soccer Showdown;
• Improved the buffer when two buttons are pressed at the same time;
• Characters sucked by a special can no longer be sucked by the skills of other characters;
• Center School athletes can now breakthrough Armor;
• Slopes have been added under the main platform;
• Added new floating platforms;
• Improved the camera perspective so that characters moving upwards rapidly will not lose sight of ground targets as easily. Also greatly improved an issue where characters would be obscured by the joystick after returning to the field.
• Added bonus points for Silver I to Diamond I in the Arena;
[Battle Adjustments]
Terms:
A: Attack
B: Special Attack (Star button)
Neutral Aerial: Attack in the air without a specified direction
Up B: Up Special
Forward Throw/Backward Throw: Throw forwards or backwards
Intangibility: Cannot be attacked or grabbed
Invincibility: Can be attacked but cannot be attacked or take negative effects.
Hitlag: A window of frames where moves and effects are frozen.
Recovery: Cannot be controlled or do any other actions.
>> New Mechanics
Wall Tech Jump: During a Wall Tech, press and hold above the joystick to make an additional jump.
Hit Display: Special actions and events during battle will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
Overall Adjustments
Running Grab: Improved the movement of the Running Grab.
Edge Jump: Redesigned the Edge Jump for smoother and more natural movement.
Getup Attack: Matched up the timing for the Invincibility period after the Getup Attack of all characters and the last attack hit detection.
Removed Multi-Jump Limit: After jumping from the ground, another jump can be made immediately.
Steal Ledge Adjustment: After being Ledge-Stealed, air control and positioning are decreased.
Ledge Grab Reset: The reset time for the grab amount has been slightly delayed.
Ledge Grab Buffer: The time between consecutive Ledge Grabs has been increased.
Meteor Attack: Fixed a bug where the Meteor Attack would cause opponents on the ground to quick stand.
Jump Break: Breaking right after jumping will yield extra frames and effects.
[Tong Adjustments]

• Neutral B: Greatly decreased recovery time of drinking and after drinking. Removed Intangibility after drinking and canceling the drinking movement through attacking is now possible.
• Side B: Starts slightly faster and recovery time has significantly been decreased. Grabs are now executable through the entire move. Can be re-activated after being attacked in the air.
• Down B: Close-up hits are now more reliable, slightly increased explosion time.
• Up B: Increased damage to shields during the downwards movement.
• Up A: Increased reliability to shorter close-up targets.
• Down A: Increased hit range and slightly increased duration.
• Charged Attack: Increased side hit range.
• Aerial Up A: Won't be pushed by opponents most of the time.
• Forward Throw: Slightly decreased recovery time, slightly increased reliability during follow-ups.
[Sandy Adjustments]
"Fighting is all about speed, precision, and power."
• Fixed sliding occurring during dashes.
• Up A: Greatly sped-up hit detection, how hits close-range targets more reliably.
• Neutral B: Bandy's hit detection is now a multi-stage attack and will target opponents for grabs.
• Down B: After successfully timing a counter in mid-air, falling speed is slowed.
[Heracles Adjustments]
"It makes sense that I'm faster while smaller."
• Aerial Forward A: Multi-stage attack is now more reliable.
• Forward Throw: Now follows-up on opponents with low KO scores more reliably.
• Falling Off Platform: Other actions can be done earlier.
• Dashing Off Platform: Other actions can be done earlier.
• Edge Climb: Can no longer use Edge Roll to cancel.
[Mr. 5 Adjustments]

• Charged Attack: Greatly increased side hit range.
• Dash Attack: Slightly increased KO Power.
• Long Hold Attack: Decreased movement recovery.
• Neutral B: Decreased the adjustable angle when knocking-out an opponent with a projectile.
• Down B: Slightly increased the hitlag caused by the pen.
• Ground Speed: Increased slightly.
[Kamiki Yuri Adjustments]

• Side B: Increased hitlag ground detection when at 0 energy. Increased attack power when at full energy.
• Aerial Forward A: Multi-stage attack is now more reliable.
• Aerial N: Improved movement so that ground detection matches better with the visuals.
• Aerial Back A: Improved movement so that ground detection matches better with the visuals.
• Chained A: Slightly increased side hit range.
• Energy Mechanic: Greatly shortened energy depletion rate.
[Tina Adjustments]

• Charged Attack: Decreased height and duration of hit range.
• Up B: Decreased range and duration of the last hit.
• Down B: Greatly decreased the damage of best timed hit. Removed Intangibility from start of action and being hit in air does not re-activate the move.
• Up A: Slightly decreased movement recovery.
• Aerial Forward A: Multi-stage attack is now more reliable, removed weak heat detection after movement.
• Grab Move: Slightly slowed the movement activation.
[Chilli Adjustments]

• Down B: Removed hit detection during upwards stage of Rust. Greatly increased damage dealt by Rust landing.
• Charged Attack: Damages increase normally now when charged. Slightly decreased damage of second stage.
• Aerial Forward A: Increased range of weak hit.
• Up A: Slightly slowed movement activation.
• Side B: Decreased counter range and slightly slowed activation. Also weakened the push effect on close opponents.
[Cupid Adjustments]

• Down A: Improved movement to remove what seemed like multiple hit detections.
• Aerial Up A: Moved hit detection closer to body to match better with the visuals.
• Neutral B: Greatly decreased damage of early phase.
[Magician Adjustments]
"This hat's quality is a bit poor. I'll switch the brand next time."
• Neutral B: Slightly decreased side hit range.
• Down B: Hats are now directly destroyed after hitting the shield, but projectile hit duration has been shortened with multiple stages added.
• Down B Sticker: Shields are now directly destroyed after being hit by the hat.
[Sophia Adjustments]

• Side B: Removed the upper hit range of the last stage of the move.
• Aerial Forward and Back A: Fixed issue with striking forward while in A mode and attacking faster while in Back A.
[Mikko Adjustments]

• Fixed issue where changing directions during special moves is abnormally agile.
• Decreased hit range of last two frames of ground specials.
[Macalon Adjustments]

• Aerial Back: Slightly decreased hit range above tail.
• Aerial N: Changed angle and hit rhythm of knock-out and increased stability of the multi-stage attack.
• Backward Throw: Slightly increased KO Power.
• Down A: Fixed error where hitting close-up targets would root them. Slightly increased Rooted time and increased chance of best hit. Also decreased damage of weak hits.
• Second and Third Attack during Neutral Attack: Increased stability of combo.
• Side B Sticker: Decreased difficulty of breaking the fireball, slightly decreases hit range of fireball. Increases initial KO Power of fireball explosion. Changed knock-out angle and increased pause when hit.
[Alice Adjustments]

• Alice's Giant Hand: Now immune to some special effects.
• Second and Third Attack during Neutral Attack: Increased stability of combo.
• Fixed an issue when Alice would rush out the platform and still be able to use ground moves.
• Fixed an issue where if Alice jumped at the platform edge it would use up aerial jump attempts.
[S-17 Adjustments]

• Aerial Forward A: Adjusted knock-out angle and set the knock-out direction to be away from the character.
• Aerial Backward A: Adjusted knock-out angle and set the knock-out direction to be away from the character.
• Up B: Slightly increased hit detection of knock-out underneath.
[Bug Fixes]
1. Fixed an issue with failing to quick join a Friendly Battle room;
2. Fixed an issue where some skins would not direct to shop.
3. Fixed an issue where completing tutorial stages wouldn't grant rewards when heroes were Max Level.
4. Fixed an issue where some enemies in the Technique Training Ground could not be knocked-out.
5. Fixed an issue where some of the AI failed to demonstrate the intended move in the Training Ground.
6. Fixed an issue where being in the game for too long would cause an error before entering a battle.
7. Fixed an issue where log-in would fail.
8. Fixed an issue where exiting the game while spectating a match would report an error.
9. Fixed an issue where avatar frame colors would be incorrect while spectating a match.
10. Fixed an issue where quick joining a Friendly Battle would end up in a high-ping region.
11. Fixed an issue where changing Stickers during Friendly Battles would not work.
12. Fixed an issue where the loading screen would go black.
13. Fixed an issue where players following each other would not get notifications on the main screen if they messaged each other.
14. Fixed an issue Wall Tech can still happen when knocked off the stage.
