Flash Party is an oddly named Smash Bros. clone. The graphics are great, the netcode is halfway decent, and it does have partial controller support (controllers are fully functional for gameplay, but not to navigate menus).
The character designs in this roster are not particularly compelling, and it seems there are a lot of mobile game trappings present, like premium currencies, characters and skins locked behind lootboxes, etc. That said, it does seem at least some of the characters can be unlocked through gameplay.
Controls and movesets are fine. Overall, it's fine. It's the best Smash clone on Android, as far as I am aware, but could certainly use some tightening up.

This Smash Bros. clone actually captures that Nintendo magic - Flash Party Quick Review
PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? You need to play Flash Party. It’s too good of a fighting game to miss. After playing for a few days, Flash Party reminds me of Brawl Stars and Super Smash Bros. in the best way possible. Heck, I’d even recommend this top-notch brawler to people that don’t even like playing fighting games. TIME PLAYED I’ve played Flash Party for four hours so far. It took me an hour to unlock a few characters, and each match takes around three to four minutes to finish on the short end, with the timer maxing out and ending any fights that last for six minutes.

A Worthy Platform-Fighter
never did I expect to find one of the best platform fighters on IOS/Android. Many games of the genre fail to find their footing in an attempt to imitate Smash, and end up getting core concepts in game-feel wrong. Flash party suffers none of those pitfalls. Game speed is just right, character animations have good weight.  Hitstun and hitstop gives the combat a a great feeling. All little things that are hard to put into words, but if they were missing, you'd definitely feel like something "wasn't right"
