WRL: JDG Defeated WBG 4:2 in Round One of the Playoffs

In yesterday’s WRL playoffs, JDG defeated NV 4:2 in Round One of their best-of-three series. In detail, in round one, JDG’s Fiora achieved a triple kill in a team fight for the Dragon at eight minutes. Five minutes later, JDG aced NV while only losing two champions. Soon after this, they destroyed the nexus of NV. In round two, by six minutes, JDG killed the Rift Herald. Nine minutes later, JDG aced NV again and led the minions on the top lane to destroy the base of NV.

Three matches were held in yesterday’s WRL Spring Split Stage Two, where NV beat OMG 2:0, FPX beat JT 2:0, and JDG took down WBG 2:0. In the series of games between NV and OMG, OMG achieved a gank on the top lane at the beginning of round one, when OMG’s Darius killed NV’s Akali. But at 17 minutes, NV killed a Dragon and aced OMG, securing victory in this round. In round two, Long and Guoguo from NV cooperated with each other well and killed OMG’s Lee Sin. At 20 minutes, NV’s Senna killed OMG’s Lee Sin, and NV led the minions to destroy the nexus of OMG. NV won this series.

Three matches were held in the WRL Spring Split Stage Two yesterday, where TT and WHG both defeated their opponents and EDG beat OC 2:1. In the series of games between TT and RNG, in round one, RNG’s Hudie mistakenly launched a flash and was killed by several of TT’s champions. At 20 minutes, TT aced RNG after killing a Dragon and secured victory in this round. In round two, at the beginning, Daji and Cboy from TT were both killed by RNG Wangziwen. RNG’s Olaf achieved a double kill at 15 minutes, and RNG successfully bounced back.
