❓Otaku’s Adventure FAQs: things you need to know right before the adventure

As the launch day of Otaku’s Adventure is around the corner, we have prepared a new list of FAQs to help you guys get ready for the upcoming mobile release.

Q1: Where can I download Otaku’s Adventure and do I need to pay for it?

A1: Otaku’s Adventure will be available on TapTap and App Store for $2.99. You can pick up the game for only $1.99 during the launch-week sale.

Q2: How long will the launch discount last?

A2: The discount will be available for one week after launch (starting from May 17 PT). Don’t forget to check it out~

Q3: Is the new DLC included in the game for free?

A3: There will be no in-app purchases for the game. You can enjoy the new story expansion free of extra charge once you’ve purchased the game!

Q4: What is the minimum system requirement for Otaku’s Adventure?

A4: Android 7.0 and above; iOS 11 and above

Q5: Where should I turn to for help if I encounter any issues or get stuck in the game?

A5: You can report or discuss any game-related issues in our TapTap community or our official discord server. Feel free to drop your questions to other players or our community staff members!

Q6: After purchasing the game, could I play it on other devices as well?

A6: Yes, you can play the game on other iOS or Android devices with the same Apple ID or TapTap account used to purchase the game (without saying, you won’t be able to play the game on your iOS device if you’ve purchased it on Android and vice versa).

But please note that the game does not support cloud saves at the moment. Be sure not to delete the game or switch to other devices before completely finishing it.

Q7: To have access to the new DLC, do I need to play through the whole game first?

A7: You can enjoy the new story expansion by directly choosing the DLC chapter after getting into the game. However, we strongly suggest that you start the DLC chapter after playing through the Waifu route to better enjoy the game~

when I installed the game through Tap Tap I did not see a way to select which chapter to play. Do you have to progress through the game a certain amount before you're able to select the DLC chapter?

Hi! Please check out [New Game] menu after getting into the game. You will find the DLC at the bottom of the screen and choose it directly. No need to play through the whole game again👀
