Judging by the gameplay video, it looks just like Idle Angels but the characters you get by default are more lewd. The UI, gatcha and everything else seems very similar.

I'm more than positively extra super duper sure that nobody from Shift Up knows about that Alice character. Copyright infringement much? Also, in the original game (Nikke), she's like 12 years old. Turning her into an adult and uber lewding her seems wrong.
