Q: When does the test start and end?
A: Beta Test starts at 9:00 AM（UTC/GMT ）on 28th May. Please keep following us and our announcement about the end day of the test!
Q: How to sign up for the Outerland Beta Test?
A: Players can download "Outerland Beta Test" from TAPTAP (international version) and enter the game without activation codes.
Q: Will I get charged during the Beta Test?
A: No, the test is free to play and players cannot make purchases in-game.
Q: Am I able to run the game on iOS devices?
A: The test is available to Andriod users only.
Q: What are the system requirements for the Outerland?
A: We recommend players run the game on devices which are updated to Android 5.0 and above, with 4G RAM at least.
Q: How to report bugs and send advice to the develop team?
A: Players can fill out the survey with problems that you have encountered during game play. Or you can contact us through official websites.

FAQ Before Alpha
The Alpha is a no-charge closed technical test, your account data will be wiped out after the test. The Alpha will run from July 31st 8:00 a.m. (UTC-4) to August 7th 8:00 a.m. (UTC-4).
Q1: How do I download the game package and register with activation code?
A: We will send notifications of activation code and download link via TapTap at 8:00 a.m (UTC-4) on July 31st. The code can only be used once. If they don't have a release date more than likely it will be AT LEAST 3+ months for them to make the proper adjustments and release the game. However, we really have no idea how long it will be. Undawn has been under beta for 3 years now and still no release. :(
