Diablo Immortal, the first mobile game in Blizzard's long-running Diablo series, is now available for download on Android and iOS.
The game is set within the world of Sanctuary and follows the story of a new hero named Aiden. It's your job to explore the world and take on hordes of demons as you try to save humanity from certain doom.
Diablo Immortal also features a number of familiar characters from previous games: Deckard Cain, Zayl the Necromancer and even some iconic abilities like Whirlwind are all present here.
The gameplay consists of real-time combat with some RPG elements mixed in. You can collect loot and upgrade your character as you progress through the campaign — although there seems to be an emphasis on multiplayer modes as well.
There are three different modes available in Diablo Immortal: Campaign Mode, Arena Mode and Adventure Mode. Campaign Mode lets you play through a series of levels with various objectives that unlock new gear as you go along. Arena Mode offers up competitive PvP battles where players can fight each other for rewards or just show off their skills in front of an audience (or both!). Finally, Adventure Mode lets you team up with other players online to take down challenging bosses who drop rare loot
