Dragon&Knights will become available for download at 10:00 on June 9, 2022 from the Google Play Store and TapTap. Here is how you can download this brand-new 3D idle strategy adventure game!
STEP 1: Download the installation package
Search for "Dragon&Knights" on Google Play to download.
STEP 2: Install the game
Once your download is complete, you will be taken to the installation page. Accept the Privacy Policy in order to install and start the game.
1. Server opening time
Q1: When will the server be open?
A: Download will be available starting at 10:00 on June 9, 2022. In the event that there are any changes, they will be announced through official channels.
Q2: Is the game open 24 hours a day?
A: Yes, you can get your AFK earnings 24 hours a day.
2. Download and installation
Q1: How do I download the game?
A: You can download the game from TapTap when the beta starts at 10:00 on June 9, 2022 at: https://www.taptap.io/app/235454
Q2: What are the system requirements?
A: Android 7.0 or above and at least 4GB of memory. You should also make sure that you have at least 2GB of free storage space when installing.
Q3: Which operating systems are supported?
A: Only Android is supported for now.
Q4: I can't download the game/the download progress bar does not move.
A: 1. Download the complete installation pack from the download page.
2. Check your remaining storage space. The game currently requires 4GB of storage.
3. Try pausing the download, then restarting it.
4. Disable app store permission blocking, then continue your download.
5. Check your internet connection, and contact your ISP if there are any problems.
Q5: What should I do if I see a security message?
A: Some security software may display a security message during the installation process. Tap "Allow all operations from this app" to continue installing. The game does not modify any system files, and you can safely ignore any warnings from your anti-virus software.
3. While playing the game
Q1: What events will there be after the server opens?
A: We have prepared several community bonus events for all the adventurers, including Tyrenia Bounty Missions and Tyrenia Dragon Taming Tutor Recruitment. For more details, please check TapTap and Discord for community announcements.
Q2: Will there be any matches in the game?
A: Dragon&Knights provides PVE (Player VS AI) matches and PVP (Player VS Player online) Championship. The top 32 players in the All-server Arena ranking will be signed up automatically. Give it your all if you enjoy a good fight!
Q3: What should I do if I encounter a bug or have a suggestion?
A: Contact us on Discord #feedback channel if you need any help, or have a suggestion.
4. Activating and running the game
Q1: I can't login after the game has started.
A: Check your internet connection if the loading bar is not moving, or if you are unable to connect to the server. If your internet connection is normal, this means the servers are currently offline, or there is a problem with the servers, in which case you should contact support or view in-game announcements to learn more.
Q2: What should I do if I encounter freezes, stuttering, lag, or disconnections?
A: If your internet connection is stable, you can try the following: Logout, then login again; clear the app cache; reboot your internet connection; switch networks; or restart the game. Please let us know if none of these steps solve your issue.
Q3: What should I do if the game crashes?
A: 1. Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements.
2. Close any background apps to free up memory, then login again.
3. Check your download package integrity if the app crashes before getting to the login page, and download again if your package is corrupted.
4. If none of the above applies, please contact us with details of the crash and your device model.

Dragon & Knights June Beta equipment configuration requirements
