Q: Is there any chance that I can choose lower brigade challenge if I forgot to lock it before?

A: Adventures can't lower brigade challenge initiatively, but when failed in brigade challenge, the difficulty will be lower

Q: How do I uninstall the cores?

A: This version does not have the function to replace the cores currently.

Q: Why can't my character equip high-level core even with high star rating?

A: The wear of the orange core equipment is not yet open, you need to wait for the next stage. You can see the upper limit of the current season by open the seasonal goals of the character.

Q: How to reset my character?

A: The button to the right of the Level-up logo at the bottom of the partner display interface is Reborn which can reset your partners.

Q: Can I log in to my original account after accidentally uninstalled the game?

A: After uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the original account may be lost forever. Please do not uninstall the game at will.

Q: How do I get new partners?

A: Core characters are unlocked for free as you progress through battles. Other hidden characters can be drawn from Mystery Boxes or Custom Gift Cards, obtained using Diamonds that you earn in battles and automatically over time. You can also buy Mystery Tokens in the Gold Shop and Diamond Shop to draw from Mystery Boxes.

Q: How do I get hidden characters that are not available in Mystery Boxes?

A: Hidden characters are unlocked as you progress through the main story. There are four main ways to get them: Limited-time character packs, Mystery Boxes, Wish Recruit, and shards from Custom Gift Cards.

Q: What are Bonds? Is it related to elements?

A: There are five elements in the game: Wind, Fire, Water, Light, Dark. Some stages require partners of a specific element, but it does not affect your Power. The Bond feature can increase your Power; deploying partners with Bonds that have an advantage against the enemy can give you Power/Attack Speed/CRIT Rate or other attribute bonuses.

Q: What is Favorability?

A: You can send gifts to your partners on the characters page. Gifts can be bought in the shop. Each gift increases partner Favorability, which in turn unlocks Legendary Tales of Tyrenia, which lets you learn more about your partners and earn rewards.

Q: How do I use AFK earnings?

A: AFK earnings include EXP, items, gear and currencies. EXP can be used to increase your level. Items (e.g. Stardust, character shards, flowers and jewels) can be used to level or star up partners, increase Favorability, etc. Gear can increase your partners' Power through forging. Currencies (including Gold and Diamonds) are used to level up characters and buy items in the shop.

Q: What happens if I lose a battle?

A: When you lose a close fight, try mixing and matching Bonds and positioning to increase your Power. If there is a big gap in your remaining HP, try using resources earned from battles and AFK to star up or level up your partners, or forge gear to quickly increase your Power.

Q：How do I switch servers and roles?

A: You can switch servers by clicking [Login - Server], and there is at most one character on each server.
