Dear Arena Players, During Diggy's launch hours on June 9 at around 8:00am (UTC), a bug has caused the issue where Diggy's drop rate was 0%. The bug was confirmed to be fixed at around 11:04am (UTC) on the same day. Pulling records from the server, more than 20,000 players were affected by the incident. Our goal is to return each and every affected player on a 1:1 basis. To do that, we have developed a new automation tool, and this mail is a result of its completion.
