Good game but money hungry company

The game is good, don't get me wrong, its far from the best but still good. The main issue is the tech and support team, they are slow, very slow, if you are the kind of person that only plays a game at a time then you might reconsider playing this game right now. You'll have to wait so much time for the smallest bug to get fixed that you'll end up hating the game. I've had a small issue that won't let me play at all the past few days, it got to the point where I get ignored when I try to get in touch with them, I won't judge or hate, just not in the least professional for my point of view.

Game is great, one of the best moba, yet devs. are the the problem. Internet connection is terrible, matchmaking is one of the worst, community is toxic, a lot of smurfs, events are just nothingness (cant find a better word to describe it) just not worth anyone's time. Not recommending.
