According to AppMagic’s data source, Diablo Immortal still has a daily income of around 1,000,000 USD.
The story is quite interesting: despite the criticism of the implemented in-game microtransaction system, the newly released Diablo Immortal is able to bring Blizzard significant profit constantly.
Appmagic’s data also shows that Diablo Immortal has brought Blizzard a total of around  49 million USD as pure profit, with a download count of over 10 million. Considering AppMagic’s data does not include the AppStore and Google Play’s 30% cut, the actual revenue generated by Diablo Immortal would be considerably higher.

Diablo Immortal is a free-to-play, massively multiplayer online action role-playing video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase. An installment in the Diablo series, it is set between the events of Diablo II and Diablo III. Players control a character of their chosen class – Barbarian, Wizard, Monk, Necromancer, Demon Hunter, or Crusader – who must locate and destroy hidden shards of the Worldstone, to prevent Skarn, the Lord of Damnation, from destroying the world of Sanctuary.

Greedy Pay to Win?
I somehow think otherwise. Everyone who complains about the game's microtransactions haven't really played mobile MMORPGs. It's a standard business practice for NetEase and other mobile game publishers to present you with multiple microtransactions that will give you a step ahead of everyone else. But unlike other games out there, Diablo Immortal doesn't slam a bundle right in your face. I've been annoyed by pop ups of bundles or one-time purchase exclusives on other games but I haven't seen one in this game yet. Or maybe I haven't noticed it.

Good, but not really😈
As someone who is new to the series and never played a Diablo game before, it's pretty fascinating to have this similar gameplay experience from PC/Console on mobile now. I probably won't play it for too long, and if it's just casually slaying the monsters until I hit the actual pay-to-win wall, then it's totally fine with me. So hey, up to 10 hours of somewhat enjoyful free content sounds like not a bad deal at all. And on top of that I really liked the overall graphics and asthetics in this game.
