Got a bug whenever I launch the game I get a black screen whenever I get to the screen you press play to load a game in I can press it but when I get into a game I get another black screen can anyone help me?

hhellooo i really wanted to play the game but it wont start? whenever i open the app its just a black screen i even tried to install and uninstall it but it wont work tho i do think its cuz of my device but if theres anyway to fix it pls tell me i really wanna play the game
