Hank'n Spank has a really eye-catching style. I love its design of the weird-looking monsters (the black cat with tentacles, in particular), and I appreciate its humor.
I thought it is one of those games that are minimalist in design but have endless fun. I was wrong.
Well, the first two attempts are fun, actually. Keep walking and eliminate enemies - it felt like playing on the game console that I used to have when I was a kid.
However, the game started to become a little repetitive after a few rounds.
1. The map is just a hallway
2. A lack of variety in the enemies' type
3. Not enough collectibles
In all, I think this game can be largely improved.
