If you don't have an US region Google account,you can make one by connecting your device to US Vpn,and then make a new Google account while still connected to the vpn,and then simply login to the Google play store using your new account,and now you just have to download the game and play

I will add one final note here to help others who wish to play this when the next test is available.
There are two versions of this game in play store - this one is only available in Philippines region and there is another version which is easier to access. The other one is easily available in Canada region as well as a few other countries. To actually download these games from Play Store, you will need two things - a Google account not tied to any payment card or Google wallet and a VPN for the region you want. The reason for account not tied to a payment card is because Google will not allow you to use other country outside the one the card is tied to.

So, I'm from India and Game is not available in our region. If you're from India or anywhere where this game isn't available for you then follow this steps
- Download Black Clover US Test Version
-Download TunnelBear Vpn
-Switch to Canada
-Enjoy
Ps. I tried different vpns but only Tunnel bear seemed to work for me. You'll get 2 GB free usage in Tunnelbear which will be more than enough to download resources and play game.

For those who cannot play due to this unreasonable region block.. You can try to use VPN app,. I tried using Thunder VPN and chose the free server there (USA server). It works fine and playable to me atm. But still, Devs should remove this region block or shouldve announce prior notice about it IMO. Hope it works on u guys. Cheers!
