Bug & Suggestions Report Guide
2K View2022-07-29During Alpha test, we welcome all testers to report bugs and provide suggestions, and we have prepared rewards for this! See below for more information.
How to report bugs
1. In-game customer service. You can enter Settings-General from top-right corner of the game, click on the "support" button at the bottom, and then provide information under guidance.
2. Discord #bug-reports channel. You can find it under --ALPHA-- section and fill in the google form inside.
For the two routes above, we only accept reports of bugs. Please describe the bug as detailed as possible, such as when, where, how it happens and what the result is. If you want to provide suggestions for other questions, please raise them in #add-suggestions channel under --Community--. We also encourage players to generously place your votes!
Rules of rewards
1. For bug reports, we will make a lucky draw from the pool of all bug reporters. There will be 10 reporters receiving a one-month Nitro and the other 10 reporters receiving a one-month Nitro Classic.
2. For suggestion reports, we will select the suggestions with top 10 votes (calculated at the end of Alpha)and award the reporters with a one-month Nitro Classic.
The result will be announced after Alpha test in Discord #announcements channel. Please follow our Discord: https://discord.gg/projectevogame to get the lastest information. We look forward to your participation!

Cute game ruined by bugs
throws exception here and there, some feature completely unusable because of the bug, such as blood type fusion thing and fuel is not being claimable, Feedbacked friend list cannot be scrolled etc on discord but never receive any reply too oof.

I love this game, it's so fun, the story is hilarious, dramatic, and has so much impact, and the graphics are just beautiful, and so I would like to improve it by reporting the bugs I have found and hope for some fixes in the future.
Some bugs are:
Settings Bug - Sometimes when you just want to change your settings like just adjusting sound or effects, the game will kick you out and re download about 100 mb each time. I don't know if this is a bug but it's extremely frustrating.
