There's a good reason for it. 1) China controversy (It's really bad on the level of disgracing dead people...) This means majority of CN players are out. 2) Sadly as the game may try to be a Genshin Impact killer? It try too far that it became "A game we already know" instead of being original... To sum up the game itself is pretty much Genshin Impact fuses with PSO2. I'm actually surprised SEGA didn't Sue it yet... Game play - All game systems even the map to game UI had already exist in PSO2 NGS. The weapon switched is pretty much Phantasy Star Online game series as a whole... Yeah... Appearance - Pretty much Genshin Impact models and art work. This time at least they did try to be original. 3) The game is fun but NOT GOOD AT ALL for solo player! The chat literally filled with SP bot so Solo player CAN'T even ask for help for dungeon! I had play Solo for a long time and this filled me with doubt that I could even play it well... Like how can you build a team with super speed chat?

If I had to be honest... I'd rather play PSO2 NGS if it has a mobile port... The real reason why the game is losing population is just "I can't play in it" I'd rather play the actual thing than a clone honestly even more when the game supports 4K ultra HD (If your PC can handle it)
