The game works and plays great, against bots. The moment you start playing real players, it starts to unravel. The PING is awful, averaging 200+ each game. I have the fastest internet in Australia, but even that can't help me play this game.

the game has not frozen, but the ping makes the game next to impossible to play as you die before you can react to other players. having an average Ping of 250ms means everyone sees what I'm doing a quarter of a second before I do. you can't play a shooter effectively with this kind of discrepancy when TTK is less than a second in most cases.

You always want a video! How many people have to tell you that the ping is killing the game before you address it. It’s one of the main topics of conversation here and across social media - clearly we’re not making it up, and you most definitely know it’s a problem. Stop trying to deflect every issue with “send us a video”. We have to download another app, replay the match, record the screen, put it in an edit program to cut it down to show the issue, then upload it, only for you to say “thanks, we’ve passed this on to the team”, then nothing happens. Y’know what I’d prefer to be doing instead? Playing the game we had in season one, which wasn’t filled with bugs, generally had fair matchmaking, didn’t lag all the time, and which allowed us to play the maps we wanted, and not a random selection. Oh, and which wasn’t blighted with ‘exciting new maps’ that are bland, unfinished, and poorly thought out. When I’m forced to play the awful Escort for a task, I’m not familiar with the new map (and don’t want to be) and end up wandering around featureless generic orange rooms - I end up getting lost, and I have no idea how the enemy gets behind us, because half the time I have no idea where I am on the map.
