The problem of random mode for the pro players

This game is great but there are tons of cheaters and hackers. I was once in a game with Sindri as my opponent and she wasn’t anywhere near me and placed her bot right in front of me in my spawn. There was another time where Aleta was never reloading, and I mean deadass never reloading. Istg she unloaded like 300 bullets and no reload. I also dislike the fact that I’m ranked, you almost never are able to win. I climbed to silver and was never able to get to gold due to my teammates being shit. I think there needs to be more balance in ranked games. The last thing is I feel like it’s difficult to play casual TDM games because I’ll choose someone like Osass and then the map be super terrible for his character. PLEASE make it so you can see map beforehand on all game modes.

Bad matchmaking. Casual game feels like rank game no longer a home for low level hero. My opinion to remove the selection hero menu on casual game and make the matchmaking base on glory lvl of individual hero chosen. Casual game - grinding. Rank game- competitive.

dear dvs please improve the matchmaking MATCHMAKING SYSTEM should be like this NOT TO  Double characters Random players against each others party team  vs party team IN ADDITION TO ADD TYPING CHAT cuz the quick chat is not enough. Thanks 👍
