Can't play the game properly

So i downloaded Eve Echoes... And i am really excited to play this game.. But i encountered problems along the way... Reinstalled a few times already

1st - the game takes too long to load, about 2-3 minutes (possibly the game returns to login screen, or API verification failed)

2nd - the game turns black screen when reconnecting after losing connection (the GUI stays)
