Great game but poor server

Great Graphics, there's so many beautiful scenery and lovely characters design

Great Gameplay, so many game mode and good hack & slash battle system

Great Story & lore with so many top voice actor

but all of that are Completely USELESS

what a great point about this game if the server work poorly keep me re-login 3-4 times before I can play when use transmit have 90% chance to back to login screen

my ping around 30-40ms and still I can play genshin on medium setting smoothly also watch streaming UHD YouTube without problem

my biggest disappointed of this game how poor the server latency keep everyone lag or maybe disconnected need re-login so many times like me I never recommend play this game unless uhave high end device

agreed, the same happened to me too, even with low settings and stable ping the game still lagg and the critical issues is device heating up and fast battery drain. it's a dissapointment, there haven't been any news since a lot of players is experiencing the same problem. honestly if the dev is taking this issues seriously there would have been an update of some sort regarding this issues...

The game is really good, the only problem is the gameplay when I started playing I encountered too much lag although my wifi is strong I still experience lag on the game and I think the cause of that is the servers pls fix

This is my honest review. The graphics are amazing it is really cute but the graphics are heavy that even my phone cannot handle it (Or I suggest play this game in a high end specs phone). The gameplay is great. I meet some players and playing with them, some of players are kids. Sometimes my teammates are kids so its sure that this round will lose because "some" kids loves to troll and make us lose. And the server, I'm not happy with it. The server it is so lag even though my ping in internet test, its perfectly fine but in the game its so high which makes me cause AFK. I'm from Philippines, my server is Philippines and its very lag I don't know why but I think some of players really experienced this server problem because I see some ratings. And the rest, are good. :)) Please keep improving the game so we can play better and much more fun! 😊😊

AMAZING!

Its very much a really amazing game, similar to genshin but i like this one more. Although the connection is very laggy due to the many players are playing in the server i think. I keot taking damage from attacks i could easily dodge but the lag stops me from doing so. Hope the issue gets fixed, I'd love to play it with an okay enough connection. Playing from Brunei, SEA server
