Why do teammates always separate?

Why does everytime I play apex on mobile everyone doesn’t stick with the group or learn how to communicate with another and why do most of the players I go up against be feeling like I’m playing with bots or sum??

Nice game but when I play solo rank match my teammates take  hero's own will No balance team in fight some time bot teammates

It's hard to find teammates that aren't AI and when u do get a team some get kicked and your left with AI for teammates the ranked mode is bugged you can just start ranked and go against a Dimond and u can't even text anyone.
