Let me start with my feelings about the graphics: the art on the cover and the character models remind me of my childhood, and it's hard to imagine that it's 2022 now. And you can see this mosaic picture quality, it's really hard to say.
About the Game Operations, although it is shooting plus soccer, the operation is still relatively simple (without reading the operation instructions, I had no idea what to do in the first game).

Only critique is that the more you play the easier the NPC teams feel, along with penalties being too easy. The features and material are easy to grasp and both the music and art are beautiful nods to 90s arcade games.
