Game crashing within startup

Im a little disappointed about this. I just bought a new phone. Poco f4 gt and it can't run the game! It crashes within the startup.

i think its because the new chipset. The game needs to be optimized for this new processor. So please fix this problem and optimize the game for New gen mobile phones such as phones with SD 8 gen 1 chipset

snap dragon 1 is not compatible with ark it's a new processor. the developers claim that they will soon launch a new version compatible with snapdragon gen1 and above processors

if the game crashes on launch, it's most likely that you haven't gotten all files in download, taptap has this issue with some games and doesn't include the OBB files, delete and retry, if not, look for ark on chrome and tap on Google play link, and if not available in your country for ggplay then unfortunately you'll have to try and try again with taptap, unless you find another app store that has legit full game on it. good luck.

that's not the case. I can no longer access Ark on Google play. not because it's not available in my country, but because the game is not compatible with my device. what a joke!

The game keep random crash when you slide status bar to see battery or try to out game and the only way you can out the game is reset device with power button This happen on Poco x3 Pro I dunno if any device have this issue too The game is not that bad but the optimization is bad

the game is good however whenever I try to shoot barrels, crates, zombies etc. it will automatically crash and i will loose all my progress please devs fix this ASAP i have a good phone Poco X3 Pro 8/256 i want to play this as much as others would do so that more players will play the game :(

Boots me before the game starts. Samsung A53 user.

So I used to play this game on my iPhone XR literally everyday... I have a newer phone now and it's really good for gaming from what I've tested on it but for Dead by Daylight Mobile. Its horribleas hell. Samsung Galaxy A53 is what i have now and from the TapTap store itself a long with Google play as well. This game just isnt booting at all. I dont think the game developers have optimized it for this device just yet. But it annoying cause the older phones before the A53 can play and bot up DBD no issues. I miss the crap out this game yall... So to the devs. Please for the love of f**k optimize it already and look i tot he issues. It's almost been a year now and I've gotten no response even when I've emailed. Makes me annoyed and sad aha.
