With the advent of Escape from Tarkov, the genre of loot shooters has gained a new rise in popularity. It was only a matter of time when the games alike will arise. NetEase has done it by releasing Lost Light and bringing the aforementioned genre to mobile. The visuals and mechanics of the game are top-notch. While being less hardcore than EFT, Lost Light still provides an authentic experience for the newcomers in this type of games. Most importantly, the hidden storyline of the game is a food for thought and discovery

Absolutely, I really want to hit top 300 on the server. This is partially the reason that I logged in way more hours than I typically do on my F2P titles. It is great. Full Review: Personal Playtime: ~15 hours Yes, you read that right. I logged 15 hours into this F2P game and can easily see myself logging in for many more. It is a battle royale title that hits all of the notes that it is going for. Whether that be the movement that requires you to have a jetpack that can be used intermittently or vehicles that allow you to traverse the field both in an offensive and defensive manner, More than anything else. There is little downtime. It allows you to get right back into the action if you ever do have a bad round. The characters are all, for the most part, balanced. That being said, the only downside that I had in terms of the characters is that it takes an insane amount of time to unlock them as a F2P player. I have 15 hours and only have 1/3 of the currency needed to unlock it. I will say that there are few games that have kept my attention for as long as this did. If you enjoy battle royale games, I expect that you have already downloaded this. If you are completely new to the genre, I could not expect a better game on the market. This comes as a clear recommendation, especially since Apex Legends Mobile was discontinued.

SHOULD I PLAY DARK AND LIGHT MOBILE? I suggest holding off on playing it for now. Dark and Light Mobile is an open-world MMORPG currently in beta testing. I was immediately impressed with the game’s visuals while roaming through the forests, hunting for resources in the middle of a lightning storm. Unfortunately, that strong first impression didn’t last. Constant lag, a grindy progression system, and clunky controls that are clearly not optimized for a mobile device hold Dark and Light Mobile back from being a game I’d want to keep in my gaming library for now.
