Editing my rating to 2 star. I've been a player for almost 3 years now. Let me tell you, this game is very repetitive. It lacks interesting gameplay, and everything is so expensive. You want a cool cosmetic? Cool! Pay 20$! Imagine spending that much money for only a damn cape and hair in game???

PLEASE STOP defending TGC. Theyre not a small video game company anymore!! They're a multi billionaire company! YET, THEY CANT EVEN FIX BUGS THAT HAVE BEEN ONGOING FOR YEARS??? Honestly very disappointing. They even focus on events that make them gain money instead of fixing major bugs that hinders your gameplay. Mind you, when they undergo maintenance and when the server suddenly has problems, THEY WILL NEVER EVER COMPENSATE YOU. I have experienced hundreds of server errors and maintenance. YET, I NEVER GOT A ONE CANDLE (game currency) FROM THEM. I could say that gacha games are more generous than this game!

the experience was only good at first, then it became worse. My eye hurts a lot when i play this game because everything is so freaking bright and glowy. Dont play it if you have eye issues and motion sickness.

Horrid ping/matchmaking

I have sent in several videos about shooting through walls very high ping 90% of the time...and matchmaking is horrid....when it's just you and bots vs a team u might as well quit...I have spent around $50 on this game and I have yet to get all characters...on the other hand my wife plays this game and has spent $0 but yet she had all the characters. It's kinda backwards,...she has yet to complete a season even during early release...instead of coming out with new maps or outfits which do nothing but costs money...you would think they would fix their server...this game just keeps getting worse as new stuff roles out...I agree with a lot of others ?. how can u come out with ranked matches when I'm getting killed through walls or the other team pops up in front of me out of nowhere?....game isn't the hype they are making it out to be...why pay money with the way everything is set up...makes no sense....devs have told me to upload to YouTube but then they close ticket without any other verification. I used to play a lot but slowly losing intrest...any character over lvl 20 gameplay takes another dump.. enemy team kills me in 1 shot...I start losing health and I just respawned

this game sucks, specially the rewards. Devs are just money milking players and they cant even fix the bugs. every update has bugs lol even moderators sucks haha. i played this game for a year and decided to quit. I just stayed long because of my friends and now we all quit. this game has no improvement at all.

I remember playing this game long time ago, it was great, but felt unfinished, now this new release doesn't make much sense to me, the game is worse, there is constant lag, the server are horrible, everything I click just load for 2 to 5 second and this kind of games there is so much unnecessary clicking for rewards, the battle system has no tutorial anymore, I remember back when I first play this, the game actually put lots of effort to explain the game mechanics but there is no such things anymore, there is no story either, game look also worse and play horrible with lags, I honestly don't know what happened to this game but it's just worse compare to the same game release some years ago, this feel like a beta version
