It's super entertaining with funny stories and characters, beautiful art-style, greatly thought-out point&click adventure puzzles, a broad array of awesomely made minigames (like boxing where you have to outsmart the moves of your opponents to win, a funny shooting game and a suprisingly fleshed-out classic (J)RPG amidst one of the storys). The different story branches are chosen by the choices you make and hidden secrets you find. You will get entirely different ways and outcomes depending of what you do with many hidden endings and alternative routes to go. It's all of really high quality!
The english translation is mostly good, sometimes bad, sometimes charmingly funny, but always understandable.
Do you like RPG's, shooters, comics, arcade games, mystery/puzzle games, escape games or Japanese culture? But who has the money to pay for all those things? NO ONE!!! and you don't need to! because for less than $3.- you can buy a mix between all those things!
In Otaku's Adventure you play as your basic otaku: few friends, socially awkward, enormous weeb and no girlfriend. however, that last thing might change. Because you will risk your life (several times) to steal your first kiss! there are three main stories with all a different girl. the game has a total of 35 endings and to see them all you probably need more than 10 hours (not even counting the time you put in the achievements).
This game's price/quality is amazing! if you have just 3 bucks laying around doing nothing, spend them on this! no regrets!

Gameplay is like a puzzle game you need to interact with what's on the scene itself. And it's really fun!
But the most important aspect of this game is, It is super hilarious!
