Very nostalgic and powerful game. I was a kid when I played so much with 2D and sidescroll games. Huntdown is an excellent in this category, because complex, with a cozy background music in a not too distant cyberpunk future. Absolutely amazing boss fights, fantastic throwback to old-school run n' gun arcade shooters. That 80's neon era is intense on this level of frenetic warzone.

Stylish 2d Action - Huntdown [First Impressions] Gameplay
Im a noob, but it was fun. Huntdown is a 2d sidescroller platformer where you take over a role of a special agent / mercenary and go through missions in this fast paced platformer with some retro feel.
We will go through few missions, so there are a bits of letsplay in this video :)

This video is more of a quick review on the new game. Gameplay looks pretty promising, specifically with all the copycats in its Genre. A lot of unique mechanics and interesting ideas!
