Weirdly, aside those modifier rng, none of aforementioned point you saying were endgame~p2w aspect. Coming from PoE, I find all of those as completely optional and perfectly fine

imagine if you had to pay money to craft flasks that are consumable to refill your life and if you don't want to wait half an hour per flask you had to pay real money to skip the cooldown. this also applies to crafting items.

I should have made it more obvious, games like these have most of their actual gameplay at endgame. so when I said it's complete P2W I was talking about Endgame.
