The characters in this game look so cute! But when I try to enter the game, it keeps continuously Loading. Does anyone else have the same problem as me, please? I really want to play this game.

At first, the game was very smooth and fun, but now when I download it, it only shows a black screen and when I touch it, an orange part pops up, I can't enter the game, hope the publisher can fix it.
