The intriguing similarities and differences make them stand out in the Pokémon world. In addition, those familiar with Japanese culture might recognize the significance of the multiple tails possessed by Vulpix. In Japanese folklore, the fox spirit, known as the kitsune, is said to have many tails, possess supernatural abilities, and live exceptionally long lives. It is believed that as they age, kitsune can take on spirit forms, which could explain why Vulpix is capable of learning Ghost-type and Psychic-type moves.👻
