A Grotesque Masterpiece Inspired by H.R. Giger

As the shooting scene appeared a lot in the earlier trailer, some players may imagine Scorn as an action shooting game. But it is actually a fantastic horror puzzle artwork developed by Ebb Software and published by Kepler Interactive.

THE STORY
Scorn doesn't really have a clear plot. If it must be put into words, it is a fascinating and strange journey. You will use limited weapons and resources and your wits to solve a variety of bizarre puzzles and survive from terrifying enemies in an environment full of survival horror experiences. What happens in this weird world will become clear as you explore.

PLATFORMS
I played Scorn on PC and its size is around 14GB. For now, this game is available on PC and XBOX.

TIME PLAYED
It took me about 5 hours to complete the whole game. In fact, some of the puzzles and dizzying maps in the game could easily take me a lot of time. Maybe it would only take me 3 to 4 hours to replay it.

WHAT’S AWESOME
Art Style
Scorn's unique art style will definitely bring you a great shock. The surrealistic scene design provides you with an immersive experience, as if you are enjoying a weird art exhibition. If you like the Alien theme, I believe this game will not let you down. Some of the scenes may be uncomfortable, but art is often accepted and understood by only a few people.
Visual Effect
I was amazed by the visuals of this game. It's a crazy world full of creatures mixed with mechanics, as if it were a ridiculous movie. All of the environmental details are at an extremely high level, which is probably why this game took so long to complete. This is a great achievement.
TapTap
WHAT SUCKS
Too Hardcore
In addition to the basic UI, there is no text, dialogue or hints in the process of puzzle solving and exploring. The game has very few recovery items. This process is very hardcore, which may affect the game experience of some players. Of course, some players like this design very much instead.
No Manual Saving
You can't save the game manually. The game will only save automatically when you reach some specified level scenes. This can result in you spending a lot of time being forced to go through the parts you have already played again.

SHOULD YOU PLAY IT?
The best feature of the game is the art style, which is more like a piece of art than a game. When you look at the game images and promos and are interested, then I suggest you try this game. If you seek an action shooter game, it will disappoint you.

Also i completely agree, the price you pay is too little for such a visual masterpiece, in agame its artstyle and aesthetics are just as important as everything else. Sure a game can have an intriguing plot, high graphics and good and unique gameplay mechanics, but you wont feel assimilated with the game if the aesthetics are poor. One game that accomplishes everything perfectly has to be "ULTRAKILL" along with its 2 sister games "Amid Evil" and "DUSK"

If I had to choose one phrase in the English language to describe the horror adventure game Scorn, it would be: a journey into horror. There has been a ton of talk online about Swiss artist H.R. Giger's influence on Scorn’s overall design, but during the game’s brief campaign, the names of other popular artists also came to mind as influences: Clive Barker’s terrifying Hellraiser cenobites, and David Cronenberg’s use of deformed flesh in

Really good game with really good art. I love how the final character that you don't talk to much breaks the fourth wall and reveals you real name from your computer files. I freaking love this game and the fact that I got it on Epic Games for free is amazing. It is a very graphic game with images of suicide, abuse, and death so please be aware. All in all, I really liked playing this game and was able to complete it in only 2 and a half hours of playtime.
