'' According to a new bill passed in China any games that require mobile numbers/Real Name + ID to bind will only let you play guest accounts for 1 hour every 15 days.''
Does this mean that non-Chinese player is doomed? Who has Kuro account is safe? Can anyone clarify this? D:
